WHITE TEE CARD Terms & Conditions

• 1. The White Tee Card program is an annual program. THIS IS NOT A “MEMBERSHIP” OF ANY KIND. Grayhawk Golf Club reserves the right to change rules, rates and/or regulations at any time without notice.

• 2. Tee Time availability cannot be guaranteed at White Tee rates during peak times and days.

• 3. White Tee Card holders may book tee times up to 4 days in advance ONLINE through the White Tee portal at a dynamically priced reduced rate based off of the public 18-hole rate. Any times booked outside of 4 days will be booked at Grayhawk’s Public 18-hole Rate with no exceptions. Times booked outside of the White Tee booking window cannot be cancelled and re-booked under White Tee rates. Rack Rates will apply. Cardholders may bring up to 3 guests. Additional guests will be charged the equivalent of the 18-hole public rate.

• 4. White Tee Cardholders Cancellations will be charged the equivalent to a greens fee per player for changes to a reservation within 24 hours of the reservation. This charge applies to reduction of players within the reservation, cancellation within 24 hours or not showing for the scheduled tee time. The White Tee cardholder’s credit card on file will be charged. Non-compliance may result in White Tee cancellation with no refund.

• 5. The White Tee cardholder must be present with the ID CARD to receive any and all discounts, including discounted Greens Fees. If the cardholder is not present in the golf group, rack rates will apply. Cardholders must also be present for discounts applied in the Golf Shop for Retail Merchandise and any of the Food and Beverage locations.

• 6. Any outstanding or unpaid fees will result in a suspension or cancellation of the White Tee card until such fees are settled. Tee Times booked under a cardholder’s name and all fees associated with the tee time are solely the cardholder’s responsibility.

• 7. White Tee discounts cannot be applied with any other “specials”.

• 8. Twilight rounds may check-in no earlier than one (1) hour prior to the tee time and may not tee off prior to scheduled twilight time. No exceptions.

• 9. Complimentary certificate rounds may be redeemed anytime Monday through Wednesday and after 11am on Sundays. Rounds must be booked within the 4 Day Window. No exceptions.

• 10. Complimentary rounds will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Not valid January 27th – February 9th 2025. Certificates will not be accepted past expiration. No exceptions.

• 11. Rain checks will only be issued for weather related stoppages. If a player stops voluntarily, no rain check will be issued. No exceptions.

• 12. Practice Facility access fee is $40. Range access will be 2pm – 4:30pm. Hours may vary based upon seasonality. Cardholders may bring one (1) guest for an additional $40. Driving range access is based on availability and business levels and cannot be guaranteed

• 13. Cardholders are eligible for a 10% discount on food and beverage.

• 14. All Food and Beverage is subject to a Prop 206 tax inclusive fee.

• 15. All golf rates are subject to 8.05% tax and 5% Course Water Resource (CWR) fee.

• 16. White Tee Cardholders are eligible to enroll into the GHIN handicap system for a $75 fee for one year.

• 17. White Tee cardholders must be over the age of 18

• 18. Juniors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Cardholders should plan for a 4 hour and 30 min round for 18 holes.

Single players will be paired up in a golf cart. All players should expect 2 players per golf cart for each foursome. Based on availability, single rider carts may be available for a $50 fee. Players also do have an option to walk.

Cardholders will be held responsible for their guests conduct. Cardholders and their guest’s behavior, if deemed inappropriate toward other players or staff can result in immediate termination of their White Tee.

Alcoholic beverages brought onto the property are prohibited. Grayhawk reserves the right to confiscate the product and/or revoke the tee time reservation and cancel cardholder privileges.
