Arcis Players’ Card Terms & Conditions
2025–26 Regular Sale

   The Arcis Players’ Card (the “Program”) is a membership benefit program providing members with various benefits, including, but not limited to, access to all participating Phoenix-area daily fee courses. Benefits are administered by Arcis Golf (“AG”). The benefits, requirements, and other terms and conditions for the Program are set forth herein. By enrolling in or using the Program benefits, members hereby agree to these Terms & Conditions. AG reserves the right to change or amend these conditions at any time in its absolute and sole discretion.

Members are eligible to participate in the Program by paying the applicable membership fees.

Program Benefits

Complimentary rounds are subject to the same 7-day advance booking window as standard tee-times.

A valid Arcis Players’ Card must be shown to redeem benefits or complimentary rounds.

Digital delivery of the membership card, guest passes, and complimentary rounds. These items will be provided electronically and must be presented at time of redemption.

• 1 complimentary round of golf (valid only with post-presale purchase).
• Access to all 8 Arcis Phoenix daily fee courses.
• 20% or more off the posted rates at participating courses.
• 7-day advance tee time booking.
• Monthly guest pass: up to three (3) guests may play at the member rate.
• Monthly Cardmember Play Days.
• Select Grayhawk Play Days.
• Preferred pricing for lifestyle events.

Complimentary Round – Rules & Restrictions

• Complimentary round not valid February 4–8, 2026.
• Valid only at the Course of Purchase.
• Complimentary rounds is not transferable.

Additional Terms

• Benefits do not apply to leagues, tournaments, or other special discounts.
• Tee-times are subject to availability.
• Program benefits, including complimentary rounds, are non-transferable.
• Arcis Players’ Card Member access to Grayhawk Golf Club is limited to select Play Days as specified by the course. Membership provides no other benefits or access to Grayhawk Golf Club.
• Program benefits valid October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026.
