Arcis Players’ Card Terms & Conditions
2026–27 Presale

   The Arcis Players’ Card (the “Program”) is a membership benefit program providing members with various benefits, including, but not limited to, access to all participating Phoenix-area daily fee courses. Benefits are administered by Arcis Golf (“AG”). The benefits, requirements, and other terms and conditions for the Program are set forth herein. By enrolling in or using the Program benefits, members hereby agree to these Terms & Conditions. AG reserves the right to change or amend these conditions at any time in its absolute and sole discretion.

Members are eligible to participate in the Program by paying the applicable membership fees.

Program Benefits

A valid Arcis Players’ Card must be shown to redeem benefits or complimentary rounds.

Digital delivery of the membership card, guest passes, and complimentary rounds. These items will be provided electronically and must be presented at time of redemption.

  • 4 complimentary rounds of golf.
  • Access to 8 Arcis Phoenix daily fee courses.
  • 20% or more off the posted rates at participating courses.
  • 8-day advance tee time booking.
  • Monthly guest pass: up to three (3) guests may play at the card rate.
  • Cardmember Pricing for In-House Events.
  • Monthly Cardmember Play Days.
  • Summer anytime guest access.
  • Select Grayhawk Play Days.

Complimentary Rounds – Rules & Restrictions

  • Complimentary rounds not valid November 26–29, 2026 or December 26, 2026 – January 1, 2027.
  • Complimentary rounds are subject to the same 8-day advance booking window as standard tee-times.
  • Complimentary rounds must be used by January 14, 2027.
  • Valid only at the Course of Purchase.
  • Complimentary rounds are not transferable.

Additional Terms

  • Benefits do not apply to leagues, tournaments, or other special discounts.
  • Tee-times are subject to availability.
  • Program benefits, including complimentary rounds, are non-transferable.
  • Arcis Players’ Card Member access to Grayhawk Golf Club is limited to select Play Days as specified by the course. Membership provides no other benefits or access to Grayhawk Golf Club.
  • Program benefits valid October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027.
